I thought about the role of libraries in this day and age. And what did you feel the most while living in school? Agonized over What I felt while living in school for four years was the "change of documents" in the hands of students. I think it can be expressed in just two words, 'the digital age' and 'community'. The core of public facilities is the community. I thought about how to maximize this community spatially. I thought that the simplest way was to form a space where various internal and external spaces can be moved. Literally, forming a space where you can feel nature in the city center. It forms a space where you can feel the cool air and warm sunlight while encountering books and media. And it aimed to form a space where communities can be formed naturally. Commercial facilities are placed in between so that they can be used together, and the office that uses them to create content gets ideas and uses this space together.
